Oui je me suis rendu hier a Hospital de la Cruz une petite étape de 34 km :) ca va bien...

j'ai passé la borne des 100 km... wow quel effet et qui l'aurait cru... vous tous! sauf moi :) je dois avouer que j'ai bien cru tout lacher a certain moment...
Quelle expérience de vie... c'est vraiment difficile a expliquer, ton corps, ton esprit, un but, la douleur, les pleurs, les émotions... tout ca se vie durant le chemin...

Une chanson m'est revenu en tête en marchant hier et c'est Let it Be des Beatles...

Je l'ai chanté et siffler le long de mon parcours d'hier et je me suis répeter ces mots en me disant que c'est effectivement ce que je dois apprendre a faire... le chemin me le démontre.
